I help athletes of all ages move better, run faster, and come back stronger from injuries. With a focus on sprint mechanics, strength & conditioning, and rehab-based training, I build explosive, resilient athletes — both in-person and online. After rupturing my Achilles and rebuilding my own speed and strength, I learned firsthand what it takes to return better than before. That same approach now helps my athletes move efficiently, perform confidently, and stay in the game longer.

Sprint form correction + tailored strength, conditioning & injury prevention program

Get expert eyes on your sprint form.
I’ll break down your movement, identify inefficiencies, and build a plan to help you run faster, move better, and stay injury-free.

Before Booking – Please Prepare:

Video Footage
• Record from front, side, and rear angles (5–10 seconds each).
• Use slo-mo if available, and ensure full-body visibility.

Background Info
• Share any injuries, goals, or current issues.
• Mention if you’re preparing for a specific sport or event.

 Access & Setup
• Have a stable internet connection for live consults.
• Upload videos to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar before your session.

Tier 1: Program Only

For athletes who want structure and accountability without heavy coaching.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation + goal setting

  • Monthly periodised training program

  • Speed, agility, and strength programming

  • Weekly check-ins via message

  • Adjustments every 1–2 weeks​

Best for: Youth athletes and field-sport players needing a structured plan.

Tier 3: Rehab + Performance

$500

For athletes needing structured rehab and a complete return-to-sport system.

Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:

  • Custom injury rehab program

  • Weekly rehab progressions

  • Return-to-sport criteria + testing

  • Load management across all phases

  • Priority messaging

  • Optional 15–20 min monthly Zoom check-in

Best for: ACL rehab, ankle injuries, hamstring strains, tendinopathy, post-surgery athletes.

Online Training Packages (MONTHLY PRICING)

Tier 2: Coaching/Video Feedback

Full coaching support with consistent feedback.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • Fortnightly video analysis (sprint technique or lifting form)

  • Training load monitoring

  • WhatsApp/DM feedback for questions

  • Access to exercise library + sprint drill breakdowns

  • More frequent program adjustments

Best for: Athletes aiming to improve speed, explosiveness, and technique.
